ANGELS CORNER CAFE – This Sunday , 20th January, 12.00 noon – 2.30 pm

Just ‘pop in’ to relax, enjoy, listen to music, have fun with activities or chat in a welcoming and friendly environment! £2.00 for refreshments.

A fantastic start to the group over the last few months of  – Walk Away The Pounds’  – A weekly class on Thursdays at 10.30am for one hour in our Community Hall.  New Year sessions have now started  – £3 per session – we look forward to seeing you there.

WALK OFF THE POUNDS*************************************************************************************

Monday, 11th February 10.30 am – 12.30 pm – BREW & A CHAT organised in conjunction with Calderdale Staying Well.

Have a brew and a cake then try a Kurling taster session .. join in with a craft group, check our library of books .. plenty to do .. and lots of great company. £2 entrance fee – unlimited tea/coffee.

Thanks to all who attended the AED (Automated External Defibrillator) Awareness Session for our newly installed defibrillator.  It was a really informative session and well received by all.

Huge thanks to our sponsors the Danny Jones Defibrillator Fund, The Warley Trust, Clifby Works (Mohammed) and Trish Coyle.   Thanks also to Neil Marsay from the Yorkshire Ambulance Service who provided the training session on behalf of  Danny Jones DF.

Many thanks also to the Team at St Columba’s who provided fantastic refreshments/buffet after the event.

A fabulous time was had by all and Father Christmas was very busy.

We made the magnificent sum of £2350.00 towards our Church Restoration Fund.
